Cancellation Policy

I respect your time, and expect you respect mine. I understand schedules change rapidly, and cancellations and reschedules are a part of business life. In the case of my business, every hour has a price. So, in the case of introductory calls, no fees are applied, and there are no penalties for cancellations or rescheduling. In the case of paid consultations, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the meeting is set to take place. Within 24 hours of the meeting, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee is charged. This helps protect my time, and helps us both take the investment in our work together seriously.
